Overnight orders should be received by 12:00 pm pacific time as they must be
delivered to the post office by 2:30 pm to reach their destination the following
day. Express orders shipped after 2:30pm will generally arrive second day post.

Customs fees are the customers responsibility. We do not accept returned
parcels from rejected customs fees.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Orders are merchandise purchased now and shipped upon arrival to our warehouse. Generally within 30-60 days.
Pre-Orders are paid in full and reserved for you once your order is placed. Due do the limited quantity of these items,returns or cancellations will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees for Pre-Orders are non-refundable.Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance with Pre-Orders.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders are items that are not in stock and we attempt to locate for you. We put a great deal of effort in securing these items for you; therefore Special Orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Sale Or Clearance Items Are Final Sale
Size Exchanges Are At Our Discretion.
We Are Unable To Modify Sales Prices Or Give Price Adjustments.
Any Item That Is Not Full Retail Price Is Considered A Sale Item.

RETURN POLICY
You can return any item for a refund, exchange or store credit as long as you contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. If you contact us within the 10 days allowed, you will be issued a return authorization number for the item you wish to return. The item will have to be returned back to Little Miss Fancy Pants in the new original condition within 20 days. This means that the item must be in the original packaging, undamaged, clothing can not have been used or worn and must have original tags and package material with them. When shipping back goods it is important to be sure to carefully re-package appropriately so no damage will occur in route back to Little Miss Fancy Pants. We do require that an item must be in new condition when it is received back to us in order to give credit of the item(s). We will refund you the price of the product less shipping charge once the item(s) are received back to Little Miss Fancy Pants in new condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to Little Miss Fancy Pants for the return. A Return Authorization number must be given.
